Ok first actually weigh in done. I lost 3.2 lbs. That is crazy and easy.
On Monday my mom and I started the “Little Black Dress Challenge” It is a 6 week workout plan. The workout includes power walking, pilates ( 6 easy moves) and a triple decker walk which includes stairs or hills.
So I really like that helped with my lose. I have only been doing it for 2 days but it is a good workout. I am really getting the hang of doing this counting points.
I am eating a lot my fruits and veggies and eating more controlled snacks then what ever is there. I really like weight watchers because you don’t have to buy special foods or really change your eating too much. You can eat the same as the rest of your family. It is great.
