Today I started weight watchers. I decided to do this because I wanted to lose the rest of my pregnancy weight and more.
I wanted to way less for my next pregnancy. So I went to a meeting, got my book, got weighed in and listen to the meeting. It was good. I weighed 167.4 lbs. Not too bad. Only 7.4 lbs to get back to my pre pregnancy weight.
I figured that would be easy. And only 22.4 lbs to get to my perfect weight for me. So here I go. I have 34 points to eat. 12 points just for nursing, I love that. It was really easy to do. I didn’t have to change too much.
I just had to stop eating a cookie or snack here and there when my son is having one. And I had to stop finishing his food. So off we go on our first week.
