Weight Journal Week Two

Alright I weigh in again today and to my surprise, I reduced 3.8 lbs.

I thought maybe 2 lbs but I was really excited for that. I am .4 from being back at my pre pregnancy weight. I am so excited. This LBD challenge is really helping.

I love it. My next goal is to get back to my wedding date weight. Only 5 lbs to get there. I am just setting short small goals instead of big ones that way you feel like you are actually accomplishing something.

I also have a pair of jeans that are sitting out as my target jeans that I want to be able to wear. I can get in them and do them up but they are a little snug. I figure 5 more lbs and there will be comfortable again. I am starting to feel like I have more energy.

I have a very good role model to keep this up. My mom is a weight watcher leader and she has lost 67 lbs and doing great. She looks amazing and is a great help to keep me on track.

    Yes you can tell you are reducing I am so glad that you and I are doing the LBD together even if I did fall on the treadmill. You look great.
