Weight Journal Week Five

1.2 lbs that is easy to do right? So I go to weigh in, this time really feeling that I didn’t reduce much. And this time I was right. Only .4 lbs.

I was so disappointed and mad at myself.

It was a bad week for working out and that is why I didn’t reduce much. I was really feeling down about it until I talked to my mom and she told me that it isn’t unexpected when I was having such big weight reduction.

So I started to look at it a different way. I have reduced 13.6 lbs in 6 weeks. That is really good. I am wearing a pair of jeans that I haven’t worn in 4 years. I was able to wear a pair of pj pants that I got at a bridal shower and I think worn once on my honeymoon. So those are big deals.

Next week is going to be a great weight in. I am doing more walking and working out this week. Now I only have .8 lbs to get to maintenance. I think I should be able to do that this week.
